About This Article

NASA’s Universe of Learning provided a one-hour practical skills webinar for subject matter experts (SMEs) to learn specific strategies when working with audiences at museums, science centers, and libraries. Participants had the opportunity to hear from a panel of informal education experts about creative ways to make the most out of their outreach. We also shared resources and activities related to the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) mission, the SME database, and our online toolkit for speakers.
