ViewSpace Interactives: Star Death
About Educational Resource
What happens when a star dies? It varies! Some stars die slowly, giving off puffs of gas and dust before collapsing to form small white dwarf stars. Much larger stars die suddenly in powerful explosions known as supernovas. View several very different objects, including the Crab Nebula, Supernova 1987A, and the Helix Nebula from many angles in these interactives.
Are you interested in setting up ViewSpace in your museum, library, or other informal learning venue? Our interactives and individual videos may be accessed by anyone; however, for informal learning venues that would like to present the ViewSpace looping video collection to the public, please request a free account.
